Trainee Phase

ODST Trainee phase:
Trainees upon passing tryouts will be sent through a 1 week trainee phase, they will not be slotted in Bullfrog or Foxtrot instead they will either sit on there current job or be set to ODST trainee job.
Trainees will split from main force and run with ODSTs whenever they have a separate objective from the main force, and will have 1 week to complete there trainee phase training. Upon completion they will have 2 weeks to either be picked by Foxtrot or Bullfrog squad leaders or they will drop out of ODSTs to tryout again at a later date.

ODST Trainee Trials:
Behavioral:

You will be given questions, situations and simulations to test your thinking skills in and out of combat

Combat:

You will be given 2 simulations: One URF, One Covenant.

You are to complete the objective, eliminating all hostiles, and come out alive.

Drop Pod:

You will be given multiple LZ that you have to land in.  Trainees will have 5 attempts on each try to do this

SERE:
SERE (Survive, evasion , resistance, escape) where trainees are told a random objective to assault a base or something and there pod malfunctions throwing them off course and they are informed via comms they are being hunted by the enemy and must escape and not get captured till extract arrives

After Trainee phase:
After completing the trainee phase, Squad leads from either squad my take there pick at the trainees in the pool to slot. and trainee who gets slotted must complete a MOS training for the role they are stepping into.
