Dr. Munir Moosa has successfully inspired numerous individuals worldwide to contribute their work under CC licensure. One of the recent achievements is the publication of an e-book titled "Intellectual Gems," which gathered ten insightful chapters from experts in the field. The primary objective of this initiative is to share valuable knowledge with the global community, free of charge. Through these endeavors and more, Dr. Munir see  himself as a leader who passionately promotes the culture of open education.

He has been a strong advocate for the educational rights of people with disabilities, particularly through the lens of open education. He has been actively engaged both my community and academia to collaborate in promoting the culture of OEP.  He also fundraised for a child battling cancer and initially wanted to publish hard copy book. However, after learning about the benefits of CC, the child decided to release work for free, allowing it to reach a wider audience.
