RESTORE aims to improve the learning outcomes of disadvantaged learners by enhancing their reading proficiency. This is achieved through the adaptation and utilization of an exit assessment tool at key stage 3 and the sustained implementation of the project.

The project focuses on implementing the six flagship programs of Ok sa Deped, which cover a range of health and nutrition initiatives.
To support these efforts, Project HEALTHY aims to maintain a functional school clinic that can provide basic health services to learners and personnel. The project also seeks to integrate health and nutrition concepts into various academic subjects, including Mapeh, AP/Esp, and TLE lessons.

Project SEWED aims to enhance the project management of the school in order to continuously develop and recognize the skills and abilities of all school personnel. It seeks to strengthen the implementation of gender and development (GAD) programs for the welfare of each personnel, and capacitate teachers' professional growth and development through various training and mentoring programs such as SLAC, INSET, FGD, coaching, and mentoring. By investing in the development of the school's personnel, Project SEWED hopes to improve the overall quality of education and promote a positive and productive working environment.
The project also prioritizes the recognition of the school personnel's skills and abilities through the implementation of Project HERO and aims to sustain the implementation of GAD programs that promote the welfare of each personnel. Project MASID aims to develop, organize, and maintain the school information system through a team that will facilitate school-based training workshops to capacitate teachers in ICT and communication skills. A school website will also be created as a venue to provide accessible information to everyone. Additionally, the project includes the enrichment of the school's learning resource portal and STARBOOK through various learning materials that can easily be accessed by teachers and learners, as well as equipping them with the proper skills to use these resources.
To further enhance the project, the teacher's skills in developing instructional and learning materials will also be strengthened. This will ensure that the school's learning resources are not only accessible but also relevant and effective in improving the quality of education. Project Ferrerian Connect aims to strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for the holistic improvement of the school. This will be achieved through identifying possible school partners, intensifying school campaigns to promote the Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) to stakeholders, and improving the network among school stakeholders. The project will also recognize the contributions of stakeholders in the school's improvement by conducting Stakeholder's Summit and Appreciation Day.
