Welcome to my website! I am Gerald Eric Daniels Jr., Assistant Professor of Economics at Howard University. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside. I have twice been honored with Howard's Summer Faculty Research Fellowship. During my time at the University of California, Riverside, I was honored with the Dean's Distinguished Fellowship and the Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award.
My research interests are in Macroeconomics, Education Economics, and Applied Econometrics. I also have considerable interest in Big Data Analytics. My current research focuses on a variety of topics revolving around student loan debt. For more about me, please see my curriculum vitae.
