Welcome to my website! I am Gerald Eric Daniels Jr., Assistant Professor of Economics at Howard University. Also, I am an American Economics Association Summer Fellow at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside. During my time at the University of California, Riverside, I was honored with the Dean's Distinguished Fellowship and the Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award.
My research interests are in Macroeconomics, Economics of Education, and Applied Econometrics. I also have considerable interest in Big Data Analytics. My current research focuses on a variety of topics revolving around student loan debt.
