These signs indicate S-Train stations which are unique to the Greater Copenhagen Area and surrounding. Especially in Copenhagen itself, they show up relatively often.
You will sometimes find snow coverage in Denmark. This is limited to a few areas. In the picture is all the snow coverage I could find from December to February. Most of it is located in the northern half of Jutland.
