In Denmark there are 6 different Bus companies that the country owns.
"Nordjyllands Trafikselskab" for Region Nordjylland "Midttrafik" for Region Midtjylland "Sydtrafik" for Southern Jutland "Fynbus" for Funen "Movia" for Zealand and "Bat" for Bornholm.
A good rule of thumb to remember is the "N" in "Nordjyllands Trafikselskab" means you are in north, the "M" in "Midttrafik" means you are in the middle of Jutland, the "S" in "Sydtrafik" means you are in the south of Jutland, the "F" in "Fynbus" is for Funnen, The "B" in "BAT" is for Bornholm. And then you remember "Movia" by there is no rule of thumb for it.
Private bus companies such as "PP Buser" "Vikingbus", "Todbjerg buser", "JK Bussen" do still exist these are just the country owned and public busses so dont get confused and look for the logo.
The blue bus in Region Midt jylland is found all over the region in urban areas and rurals too
The yellow bus is way more common in the larger cities in Region Midtjylland such as Aarhus, Randers, Silkeborg, Horsens, Viborg. ect. than in Smallers cities
Not like all of the bus companies in Jutland funen only have one different bus and that is the green bus. Remember some of the buses design look different and that is because of their model/age. But only 1 type (green) for urban and rural
The island of Bornholm only have this one design writtening "Bornholms" on it
