International Graduate Programs

Postgraduate Program for Environmental Designers Contributing to Resilient Cities may be your choice.  This Program is either for a Master's degree only (Master's Program) or both Master's and doctoral degrees (Integrated Doctoral Education Program).  Depending on the applicant's career plan, either can be chosen.  If an applicant chooses the Integrated Doctoral Education Program, this program is considered to be one continuous course of study for both Master and doctoral degrees.  The study has to be started from the Master's level at the Tokyo Institute of Technology even for an applicant who has already earned a Master's degree in the other institution and termination of study only with a Master's degree is not allowed.  The Integrated Doctoral Education Program can be completed within three to five years and there is a chance to get the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship.

If your study will be supported by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP), the Indonesian Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE or DIKTI), or equivalent, this is for you.

In general, no Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship is expected, but there are two chances of the enrollment in a year (Spring, April; Fall, September).
