Registration for the workshop is open here on the university store. Early bird rates (see at the bottom of the page) are available until April 14th 2026, while registration is open until May 14th.
Note: registration and abstract submission are independent processes. To submit an abstract, please fill the form below.
Call for abstracts
If you would like to present a research talk, or poster, please submit an abstract below before April 14th.
Please note that the abstract submission form is complementary to the registration form: even if you submit an abstract, you still have to complete the registration process. Reminders will be sent by email in early April to people who have submitted an abstract, but not registered.

Registration fees:
Early bird (Before April14th): £150 regular fee, £50 early career* researcher
Late bird (Between April 15th and April 31st): £200 regular fee, £100 early career researcher
Very late bird (After April 31st): £300 regular fee, £200 early career researcher
One can decide to opt out of the social dinner on Day 2, resulting in a £50 discount on the registration fee.
*Note: "Early career researcher" refers to PhD students, or post-doctoral researchers within 3 years of their PhD.
