Introduction

This project is funded by a RGS-IBG Innovative Geography Teaching Grant. It aims to create a unique resource for teachers teaching sustainable development, which brings the experiences, politics and recommendations of people in Bolivia into geography classrooms in the UK.

Dr Jess Hope filmed interviews with indigenous social movement leaders and development workers in Bolivia to help students engage critically with trajectories of sustainability. Grace Healy has worked with Jess to make some of the contemporary ideas and debates around geographies of sustainable development accessible for school students.
