I am a mother, wife, and birth enthusiast. After birthing my son peacefully at home in the water, I fell in love with empowered birth, and want to support other mamas pursuing natural and mother-led birth. All of my offerings are centered around the holistic health of the mother, baby, and family. I offer herbal, nutritional, and educational support for every phase of the family-building journey. My philosophy and education align best with mamas who are planning a natural birth and looking for holistic support.

 I am trained as a birth and postpartum doula, and I have additional training in fertility awareness, conscious conception, labor massage, Ayurvedic postpartum nutrition, childbirth education, and as a lactation educator and placenta specialist.

I am happy to work with parents pursuing home births, free births, and natural births in birth centers and hospitals.
