The Very Special Fortune Slip
This quest is very well hidden, but important to do. It takes five days to even activate this quest
To unlock this quest, talk to Gendou Ringo at the Grand Narukami Shrine for the first time, and then come back for four more days afterwards and select the dialogue option "In the middle of a hazy night" when giving her the bamboo slip for a fortune. Complete the task she gives you each time
Once you've done this four times, the World Quest should start the following day in-game the next time you approach the Adventurers' Guild in Inazuma
Tatara Tales
If you didn't already during Act II, start this quest by approaching Toranosuke and Miyuki in the Kujou Encampment
This quest takes several days to complete. You can progress in other quests in the meantime, and come back and continue it whenever it becomes available again
Once this quest is complete, Xavier has two follow-up quests ("The Seventh Samurai" and Film Notes), which will also be somewhat important later on
Orobashi's Legacy
If you didn't during Act II, start this quest by talking to Kaji east of Fort Fujitou overlooking the Musoujin Gorge
Like the previous, this quest also takes several days
The Moon-Bathed Deep
If you didn't start this during Act III, start this quest by talking to Tsuyuko overlooking the Sangonomiya Shrine
Don't continue to The Still Water's Flow when it is complete, we'll come back for that later

Seirai Stormchasers
You'll get this one from talking to Katheryne
This takes several days to complete, and is a prerequisite for the next World Quest, so don't wait too long to get started on it. In the meantime, feel free to continue on to do the hangouts below or even move on to the next chapter in this guide. Just don't forget to get these done!

Through the Mists
This quest will take you to Tsurumi Island, you don't need to take a waverider there yourself unless you want to. Just talk to Katheryne after finishing Seirai Stormchasers
You can't really explore Tsurumi Island without doing this quest. This quest takes several days, and you are able to explore in between the different parts of the quest
The events of the next chapter don't overlap with these time-gated World Quests, so continue on in the meantime

In Another Land
Fertilizer... Salesperson?
The Gourmet Supremos have a a quest on each of the first three Inazuma islands you visited. After this, an Inazuma commission unlocks for them. During this commission, when Chef Mao asks for some ingredients, teleport southwest of Qingce Village and talk to Xiangling instead to unlock another World Quest that unlocks even more Inazuma commissions. It's a complicated setup, but if you do all these then you'll get access to some more quests in Sumeru
