The Gemini Faculty Companion is a web-based training platform created to help university faculty learn how to use Gemini LTI, NotebookLM, and AI-supported teaching methods. Many instructors are expected to work with these tools, but they often lack clear training and consistent support. This project provides a structured space where faculty can learn at their own pace through short modules, quizzes, certificates, and guided practice.

The platform also includes a discussion area, profile settings, and a personalized dashboard that displays course progress, quiz performance, and certificates. For administrators, the system offers insights such as participation levels, department activity, completion trends, and search behavior. These analytics help the university understand training needs and plan supportive actions.

Our dashboard results show steady progress across courses, strong quiz performance, and active discussion engagement.
