The project aims to raise awareness and appreciation of the Mediterranean diet as both a cultural heritage and a model of sustainable and healthy living. By engaging students in research, creative activities, and interschool collaboration, the project seeks to highlight the value of local food products, connect traditional practices with contemporary environmental challenges, and foster essential skills such as digital literacy, teamwork, and effective communication.
The first online meeting of our Erasmus+ project was successfully held, marking an important starting point for our collaboration. Three partner schools from France, Greece and Italy, participated in the meeting where teachers had the opportunity to introduce themselves, exchange initial ideas, and set the foundations for future cooperation. In addition, all partners agreed that in order to have an holistic approach two more school from otther mediterranean countries must be included.
