Rituals are an important part in our religion, it is how we connect to the Glemts, nature and ourselves. every Ritual has a purpose and all are open ended so you don't have to worry too much about getting things right, Rituals can be borrowed from other faiths or made up entirely by you and what is comfortable for you.

when practising with large groups, it is important to work together to figure out whether a Ritual is right for a group and change bits if newcomers are uncomfortable with some Ritualistic acts, Glemtism is about teamwork as well as revering nature and the deity's, so working together is key for a healthy organised group.
