Balance: Harmony between strength and vulnerability, life and death.
Loyalty: To one’s pack, community, and the deities.
Wisdom: Knowledge of the self, nature, and the unseen world.
Renewal: Constant growth, learning, and rebirth.
As Glemtists we believe solely in the forces of nature, the deities, elements and the cycle of life, our way is about preserving the balance of nature and respecting life, we see beauty in every leaf, sunset and drop of water as in the end all things great and small are connected in the circle of life, including us.
in Glemtism there is community, as a member of our faith we encourage you to come together and create a Circle for like-minded people, surviving off of the land throughout the seasons. only together can one survive the harshness of and unforgiving nature our world.
in Glemtism there is wisdom, we seek the wisdom of the natural world, what plants to pick, how to protect the wilds, how to fish, how to build fires, hunt and bring new life into the world. we wish for knowledge to understand the world around us and how to live in it.
in Glemtism there is rebirth, death has no meaning to us as through death life begins anew, plants grow on gravestones, tree's from the remains of a fallen deer. wherever there is death, life can be found. As such we do not fear it, we welcome it, we celebrate it, we remember who passed on and we feel at peace, knowing that they are not truly gone from this world.
Temples or places of worship dedicated to the Glemt can be constructed in natural, secluded locations: deep in forests, on mountain peaks, or near flowing rivers. Shrines to each deity can also be created in homes and communal spaces. either way each area of worship should contain a skull of the appropriate animal or at least a Symbol of one, surrounded by offerings of bones, feathers, herbs, and candles.
The Glemts can be worshipped individually, however if that is not to your liking you can create a shrine dedicated to all three.
places of worship: These are the types of sacred spaces/temples that can be created to honour each individual Glemt.
The Grove of Thylor: A peaceful forest glade where nature is allowed to grow freely. It is a site of reflection and quiet reverence.
Ulvens hall: An Ulvens Hall is a communal gathering hall where followers of Korrath can come together during the winter months, it can be made inside the a home, an outdoor Cabin all created entirely by hand. (although the last option would admittedly be very difficult)
kråkeskrin: A Wooden or stone Shrine where followers of Vereen go to meditate, seek guidance, and honor the deceased. it can be built by hand in wild, outdoor locations or in the back of your garden if you don't have access to wild areas.
