Google Drive is a cloud storage system that links into all other of the G Suite Products. From here you can create folders and subfolders and organise all your files. All the files types you make are automatically saved into your Drive and you can share files directly from here. You can upload files like pdfs and convert them into Google file types. You can access Google Drive from anywhere, making all your files easily accessible.
Google Docs is a word processing document that you can type into, add pictures, videos, charts and drawings into. You can search directly from inside Google Docs and create citations automatically. Everything saves automatically, so there is no need to worry about continuously hitting the save button and if you wish to, you can return to any of the previous changes that have been made. Most amazingly, several people can work on one document in real time and from different locations, making collaboration simple.
