Syncing Contacts to an Existing Gmail Account on iPhone
Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts to see which accounts are linked to your iPhone. If your Gmail account is not associated with your iPhone, you can add by following these steps:
To add Gmail to your iPhone as a new account, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
