Students must carefully follow these portal guidelines to avoid rejection:
Aadhaar Seeding: All payments are executed via Aadhaar-Based Bridge Payment Systems. Ensure your Aadhaar card is actively linked and seeded with your bank account at the branch level. Check that your account is active, completed its KYC, and is not dormant.
Biometric eKYC Integration (For SC Schemes): Central guidelines mandate an Aadhaar-Based Biometric eKYC linked to the state food database. Enter your Ration Card Member ID on the portal to automatically fetch the eKYC data via API. If it shows "No," you must complete it via the "My Ration" mobile application, local Mamlatdar offices, or a Gram Panchayat VCE center.
National Scholarship Portal OTR (For SC Schemes): SC applicants under central tracking must generate a One-Time Registration (OTR) Number on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) and enter it into the Digital Gujarat interface to unlock the form.
Original Document Uploads: Scan and upload only Original Documents in high resolution. Xerox copies are not accepted unless original proofs are missing. Submit the printed online application form along with self-attested document copies to the college administration office.
Self-Correction (Withdraw Feature): If you submit an error or select a wrong course, use the portal's "Withdraw" feature inside your profile. This allows you to pull back your form, make corrections, and re-submit, provided the college has not already verified it.
📞 Official Help Desk Support: If you face issues while filling out your online form, contact the state portal support line at 1800-233-5500.
