Established in 2012, the campus hostel at Government Engineering College, Godhra provides a safe, comfortable, and disciplined residential environment tailored to support students' academic and personal development. Located conveniently within the college campus premises, the hostel offers a peaceful, home-like atmosphere to ensure that students can completely focus on pursuing their engineering education.
Rooms are allotted on a modern triple-sharing basis, subject to absolute vacancy and administrative accommodation availability.

Segregated Blocks: Completely separate residential accommodation layouts for Boys and Girls.

Health & Hygiene: Clean RO purified drinking water systems paired with a hygienic campus Mess facility.

Recreation & Safety: Indoor and Outdoor sports facilities, common recreational rooms equipped with Television, and dedicated secure parking zones for bicycles and two-wheelers.

Hostel admission is granted strictly in accordance with prevailing government norms and the availability of vacant seats.
Enrollment Status: Open exclusively to regular undergraduate students enrolled at GEC Godhra.
Merit & Quota: Allocation is determined on the basis of competitive academic merit and the formal reservation criteria laid down by the Government of Gujarat.
Fee Clearances: Admission approval is subject to the complete submission of required verified documents and the advance payment of prescribed fees.
π‘οΈ Strict Anti-Ragging Mandate: Government Engineering College, Godhra follows a strict Zero Tolerance Policy towards ragging. Any act of ragging is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense under the regulations of the Government of Gujarat and AICTE.

Candidates must bring original and clean photocopies of the following documents during room allocation:

π Valid Aadhaar Card copy & Parent/Guardian ID Proof

The fees listed below are uniform for both Boys and Girls blocks, and exclude monthly meal/mess charges:
π Odd Semester Fee: βΉ1,500/-
π Even Semester Fee: βΉ1,365/-
β οΈ Administrative Fee Policies: Hostel fees must be paid completely in advance on or before the designated due date notified by the administration. Continued room occupancy remains strictly subject to timely financial clearance; failure to comply may result in late fee penalties, cancellation of hostel admission, or instructions to vacate the room. All payments must follow institute-approved payment channels.

The campus hostel provides dedicated infrastructure to accommodate regular undergraduate students across separate blocks:
1. Boys' Hostel (Block A)
Total Rooms: 13 rooms are available within the block.
Room Configuration: All 13 rooms are designed as 3-seater layouts.
Maximum Capacity: The block can accommodate a total of 39 students.
2. Girls' Hostel (Block B)
Total Rooms: 6 rooms are available within the block.
Room Configuration: 3 out of the total rooms are designed as 3-seater layouts.
Maximum Capacity: The block can accommodate a total of 18 students.

The hostel operates under the administrative control of the Commissionerate of Technical Education (CTE), Government of Gujarat, under the supervision of the Principal, GEC Godhra.
