In this 12 week course, you will learn to examine your life experiences and how to use your experiences to fuel your life’s journey.

Private Art Lessons

Enjoy individualized art lessons designed specifically to your needs and desires. Lessons can be purchased in 30 minute increments.

Group Art Lessons

Formed your own group or join a group that is already formed participating in predetermined one hour sessions. Session lessons may include the following techniques: painting, drawing, and mixed media to name a few.

Paint and Sip

Joined GEAKED Art for our virtual paint and sip. You will receive a link to join us live, from the comfort of your own home.

You can book a session for your family and friends, host a party, or join a party already in session.

A live artist will manage your event.

Most importantly don't forget your spirit(s) of choice.

Discover how visual arts can be used to foster holistic learning and build authentic relationships by defining and developing Cultural Competence in your educational practices.

The Culturally Competent Educator

An in depth exploration of implicit bias and systemic racism are explored within the arena of education and their impacts on teaching and learning.

Becoming Culturally Competent in your Educational Practices

This introductory PD encourages teachers to begin to assess their educational practices through the lens of implicit biases. (Action Plan)

Social Justice in the Art Classroom

Teachers will learn how art can be used as a tool to foster awareness about social justice issues. (Create lessons that coincide with current social justice issues).

Differentiated Instruction

The Differentiated Class: “Red or Blue Pill”

Participants of the PD will explore numerous techniques for instructional differentiation: randomization, story telling, concentric circles, and more.

Cores and Electives Go Hand In Hand

This PD will include hands-on manipulative(s) demonstrating how core and elective classes are interrelated. Participants will explore ways to work together to integrate curriculum to increase student achievement levels.

Classroom Management

The Wong Approach

This PD will explore the practices of Harry Wong along with Social Emotional Techniques to train teachers on the importance of connection and relationships in education. Participants will examine new techniques in relationship building.

PBIS Cool Tools and Classroom Management

In this review of the PBIS program, participants will explore alternatives to discipline and punishment regarding classroom management. PBIS Cool Tools will be demonstrated and provided for school use.

Teaching and Learning

The Effective Teacher: Finding Your Lost Passion

This PD will motivate teachers offering them a means to reconnect with their “why!” Teachers will explore shared qualities of effective teachers while exposing ineffective teaching qualities and finding alternatives.

The Reflective Teacher

This PD explores the fundamentals of Reflective Practices. Participants will learn techniques for personal and professional reflection. Reflective Journaling will be introduced as a best practice.
