Kahoot! is a student-response program that allows teachers and students to create multiple-choice answer quizzes. Teachers and students can either create original quizzes or use public quizzes. Questions and answer choices can be done as a whole class setting either projected onto a screen or done simultaneously on individual devices. Questions can contain words, images, and videos. Quizzes can be taken independently, as a team or as an assignment either in school or as homework. Quizzes can either be assigned to student accounts or accessed by a PIN, no account required. In team quizzes students can enhance their communication and collaboration skills.

Ed. VoiceThread is a web-based program that provides students an opportunity to create and share media projects that can incorporate video, image, voice, and drawings. It allows for students to have two-way communication with presentation and feedback options. The program allows for digital stories to be created then they add commentary through text, audio, or video. Students can also collaborate with each other on projects.

Everyday Speech is a web-based program that includes social skills games, videos and activities that were designed by speech-language pathologists to help students master the social skills taught to them in the class or at home. The games help to reinforce these skills in an engaging and positive environment. The games and activities encourage students to communicate what they have learned about decision making, problem-solving and social interactions and how to apply the lessons in social situations. The games encourage students to carryover the skills they have learned to different social situations. The multi-player games help develop communication skills as they play along with their classmates. This program is great for developing all students social skills, but especially for students who need extra social supports.
