Quinquinennial Inspection due (full buildings review) will likely generate projects over and above those currently known.  By July it may be possible to establish a plan of what needs doing overall, how much of it might be possible to secure external funds for, and hence what the overall target of funds  to be raised may be to make progress on all projects.  Current estimate of required funds: £1,000,000
