By downloading, accessing, or using Gasto Fácil, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Gasto Fácil is a personal expense tracking and budgeting app. It allows users to:
Record expenses and income
Categorize transactions
Add notes, dates, times, and payee information
View spending history
Manage budgets
Set reminders
Import or export data
Access premium features, if available
The app is designed for personal organization and convenience.
Gasto Fácil does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Any summaries, charts, reminders, or insights are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for verifying the accuracy of your records.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when using the app
Use the app only for lawful purposes
Keep your device and account secure
Review your records for accuracy
Not misuse, reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the app
Not upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account or device.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
If cloud sync or backup is available, your data may be synchronized across devices linked to the same account. If you use the app without an account, some data may only be stored locally on your device.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, app deletion, user error, third-party service issues, or failure to export or back up data.
Gasto Fácil may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases, such as premium features, ad removal, advanced reports, or additional usage limits.
Payments are processed through Google Play or the applicable app store. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are managed by the app store.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions purchased through one app store may not be transferable to another platform.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
Some features may be available for free, while others may require payment. We may modify, limit, add, or remove features at any time.
We may also show ads in the free version of the app. Paid versions or subscriptions may reduce or remove ads depending on the plan.
The app may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your settings, consent, region, and applicable laws.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services promoted through ads.
The app may allow you to import or export CSV or other files.
You are responsible for:
Checking imported data for accuracy
Keeping exported files secure
Avoiding upload of files containing harmful or unauthorized content
Exported files may contain sensitive financial information. Store and share them carefully.
Payment reminders, budget alerts, and other notifications are provided for convenience only.
We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time. Delivery may depend on device settings, operating system restrictions, network availability, and permissions.
You remain responsible for paying bills, loans, rent, services, and other obligations on time.
If receipt scanning, OCR, or voice input features are available, results may not always be accurate.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming extracted amounts, dates, merchants, categories, and notes before saving records.
Gasto Fácil, including its design, logo, text, graphics, features, software, and related content, is owned by or licensed to the developer.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the app without written permission.
You agree not to:
Use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to access data or systems without authorization
Disrupt or damage the app or related services
Upload malicious code or harmful files
Misrepresent your identity or financial information
Violate the rights of others
We aim to provide a stable and reliable app, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service problems, or other reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
