These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gasto Fácil (“we”, “our”, “us”, or the “App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Use of the App
Gasto Fácil provides personal tools for recording, editing, organizing, and reviewing income and expenses.
You may use voice input or manual entry to create records. The App is intended for personal expense tracking and everyday money management.
Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
If you are using the App on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Your Records and Content
You are responsible for the information you enter, record, upload, synchronize, or otherwise submit through the App.
This may include:
• Income and expense amounts
• Categories
• Names and notes
• Dates and times
• Voice input
• Other information you choose to provide
You retain ownership of your records.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, synchronize, transmit, and display your records only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
Local Storage and Synchronization
Records are first stored locally on your device and may then be synchronized with remote servers when synchronization is available.
Synchronization may be delayed or unavailable because of network problems, device settings, maintenance, service interruptions, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, account, and authentication methods are secure.
Voice Recognition
Voice recognition is provided as a convenience and may not always be accurate.
The App may misunderstand or incorrectly identify:
• Amounts
• Income or expense type
• Categories
• Names
• Dates
• Times
You must review and edit the result before saving it.
You are responsible for confirming that a saved record is complete and accurate.
No Financial or Professional Advice
Gasto Fácil is a record-keeping tool.
The App does not provide:
• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• Accounting advice
• Credit advice
• Banking services
You should consult a qualified professional for advice relating to your financial, tax, legal, or accounting situation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Submit information that you do not have the right to use
• Record another person without appropriate permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Abuse, overload, or attack the App or its infrastructure
• Use the App to violate another person’s rights
• Circumvent technical restrictions or access controls
Permissions
Some features require device permissions, including microphone access for voice input.
You may deny or revoke permissions through your device settings. Denying a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but manual expense entry may remain available where supported.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.
Some features may depend on internet access, device capabilities, operating system permissions, remote servers, or third-party services.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Deletion and Backup
You may delete records through the App where deletion controls are available.
Because records may be synchronized, deletion may take time to apply across supported devices and remote systems.
You are responsible for maintaining any backups that you consider necessary. We are not responsible for records lost because of device damage, device replacement, account problems, synchronization failures, or deletion performed by you.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, interface, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to NOVAHUB PTE. LTD.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App or its materials.
Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including services for cloud storage, synchronization, speech recognition, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, or security.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
• Voice recognition will be accurate
• All records will be synchronized without delay
• The App will be available at all times
• The App will be compatible with every device
• The App will meet every personal or financial requirement
• Information displayed by the App will be complete or error-free
You are responsible for checking all information before relying on it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVAHUB PTE. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from or related to your use of the App.
This includes losses caused by inaccurate voice recognition, incorrect records, delayed synchronization, service interruptions, device failure, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your device or account.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NOVAHUB PTE. LTD. and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Information or content you submit through the App
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
• You violate these Terms
• Your use creates a security or legal risk
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the App or a related service
You may stop using the App at any time.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, our services, or legal requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
