Gasto Fácil helps users record, organize, and review personal income and expenses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, synchronize, and share information when you use the app.
When you create or edit a record, we process information you provide, including:
Income or expense amounts
Categories
Names and notes
Dates and times
Currencies
App preferences
We may also process account and device information required for authentication, data synchronization, security, diagnostics, and crash reporting.
Records are first stored locally on your device. When a connection is available, records and relevant settings may be synchronized with our remote servers so they can be backed up, restored, and accessed on supported devices.
Voice expense recording and personalized spending suggestions are optional. Before these features are used, the app asks for your permission and explains the data processing involved.
You may decline and continue to use manual entry and other non-AI features.
When you choose voice recording, your voice recording is processed by our voice transcription service only to convert it to text.
The recording is not used for advertising, commercial promotion, or the sale of personal data.
If you allow AI features, DeepSeek may receive the transcribed text. This text may include an amount, merchant or transaction party, category, and note.
DeepSeek may also receive the date, time, and time zone needed to create an editable expense draft.
For optional personalized spending suggestions, DeepSeek may receive only the summarized spending information needed to generate the suggestion, such as:
Budget
Totals
Balance
Remaining days
Number of records
Primary spending categories
DeepSeek processes this information only to create a draft record or provide the requested spending suggestion.
You can review and edit any draft before saving it.
We use information to provide:
Record creation and editing
History, calendar, and spending summaries
Data synchronization
Account security
Technical support
Optional AI features that you choose to use
We do not sell personal information, expense records, voice recordings, or account information.
We share personal information only when needed to provide the app’s functions, including:
Cloud synchronization infrastructure
Our voice transcription service
DeepSeek for the optional AI features described above
Service providers are required to process information only for the services they provide to us and to protect it appropriately.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users and our services, or as part of a business transaction permitted by law.
You can use manual entry without enabling AI features.
You can change your AI feature choice in Settings, edit or delete records in the app, and request deletion of your account and associated remote data by contacting us.
Because records are synchronized, deletion may take time to apply across devices and remote systems.
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence. We take reasonable steps required by applicable law when transferring information internationally.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. We will update the Effective Date when we do.
