Please include the email address used for your Gasto Fácil account in your request.
After receiving your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Account information
- Expense and income records
- Budget settings
- Bill reminders
- Category settings
- Language, currency, and app preference settings
Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records related to purchases. Any retained data will be kept only for as long as necessary and will not be used for other purposes.
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.
