My name is Gary Adam and I was born and raised in Gießen. My journey into the world of sports began in 2007 when I started training at a Kung Fu school in Rabenau. Those early experiences had a profound impact on me and laid the foundation for everything that followed. As a teenager I went through some tough times including bullying and physical confrontations which deeply shaped my character and inspired me to focus on self defense. I was particularly influenced by martial arts icons like Jet Li and Alexander Fu Sheng who showed me that discipline perseverance and strong belief in oneself can overcome even the most difficult challenges. Today I work as an MMA trainer in Rabenau with a focus on self defense especially for children. My goal is to teach not just physical techniques but also important values like confidence respect and inner strength. I am also committed to advocating for women's right to defend themselves and stand firmly against domestic violence. Empowering women to protect themselves and face life’s challenges with courage is a personal mission for me. Outside of martial arts I am passionate about film and photography which allow me to capture meaningful moments and express my creativity. For me these interests are part of a balanced life where strength compassion and expression come together.
