We miss you so much at Gaming Potion!
We are thinking of ways we can continue the club virtually so for now, here are some short-term solutions!
Save the template to your phone or computer and fill it in with the information you know about your favourite game!
Our list is not final, there are many more games that we love that are not yet on the list!

Hi all,
In line with Tean Youth Club, we are regretfully having to postpone Gaming Potion sessions until further notice due to the Covid-19 virus.
We miss you a great deal!! We’ve been doing some preparations and attending sessions provided by SCVYS pointing us towards ways we can continue to run virtual sessions and give you activities to do at home! This week is Volunteer Week so we just wanted to say a big shout out to our volunteers at Gaming Potion - the club cannot run without you!
Unfortunately, despite schools beginning to go back it does not look like the club will be able to return in-person any time soon as we have a responsibility to maintain the health and wellbeing of our volunteers, members and families. As a club with attendees from a wide range of schools, the club has the potential to spread the virus across schools and local areas. With the nature of the club being ‘contact’ heavy with the Nerf and boardgames, to facilitate this with COVID restrictions will be near impossible so we hope you can understand this.
Whilst this is bad news in the short term, hopefully, it can lead to more positive news in the future as we can reinvest the unspent funds into future sessions and events later in the year or next year.
Again please accept our apology for being unable to provide sessions, we appreciate that members were looking forward to the sessions going ahead.
We are going to look into some print and play games that we can make available for members to print off at home so that they can enjoy board games even whilst the club is on hold. We would also love for you to send us reviews of games that you may play in between now and the next session! Keep in touch! We want to know what you have been up to during lockdown :)

SCVYS see the value of young people and are celebrating the positive contributions they make to communities in Staffordshire.
Young people (aged under 25) are doing amazing things all around us, often overcoming personal and environmental challenges to help themselves, their families and their communities.
Whether it’s someone who volunteers as a young leader, cares for friends or family or has achieved something personal to them – we want to celebrate!
We wish you the best and look forward to resuming the club’s activities once again in the future :)
Kind regards,
Alexander Wood and Alana Wheat - Gaming Potion Chairperson and Secretary
