These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game Maps Reality IRL iOS application and related services (“Service,” “Game Maps Reality IRL,” “we,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. THE SERVICE
Game Maps Reality IRL provides themed real-world map visualization, place search, routing, and navigation features. Map themes are game-inspired visual styles for entertainment and personal navigation. They are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party game publisher or trademark owner unless explicitly stated.
The Service depends on third-party technologies (including Apple platforms, map data providers such as Mapbox, analytics providers, and purchase infrastructure). Availability of map data, routing, and search may vary by region and network conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and comply with Apple’s App Store terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. LICENSE TO USE THE APP
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Game Maps Reality IRL on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules and our End User License Agreement (EULA).
You may not:
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app except where prohibited restrictions are disallowed by law
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the app
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, entitlement, or payment systems
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or misuse map, place, or routing data beyond normal personal use
• Misrepresent affiliation with Game Maps Reality IRL or third-party brands
4. NAVIGATION DISCLAIMER — IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
Game Maps Reality IRL is a consumer convenience tool and is NOT a substitute for safe driving, local traffic laws, road signs, or your own judgment.
• Always pay attention to road conditions, traffic, pedestrians, and posted signs
• Do not interact with the device in a way that distracts you while driving
• Obey all applicable traffic and safety laws
• Routes, ETAs, traffic conditions, place data, and map accuracy may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect
• You assume all risk arising from reliance on directions or map information
We are not responsible for accidents, fines, delays, property damage, injury, or other losses related to your use of navigation features.
5. ACCOUNTS, PURCHASES, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some features are free; others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase (“Game Maps Pro” or similar), offered through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Prices, plan names, and benefits are shown in the app at the time of purchase
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings after purchase
• Restoring purchases may be required after reinstalling the app or switching devices
Except where required by law or Apple’s refund policies, fees are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
6. USER CONTENT AND ON-DEVICE DATA
Saved places, recent searches, and similar preferences may be stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you save. We may provide an in-app option to clear certain local data. Clearing data may be irreversible.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service, including software, design, themes, text, graphics, and trademarks (excluding third-party marks), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party map data, fonts, SDKs, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
Game-inspired theme names and aesthetics are used for descriptive/entertainment styling of maps and do not claim ownership of third-party game IP.
8. PRIVACY
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Location and analytics data are handled as described there. Contact: appweather6@gmail.com
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service may integrate or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party terms, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR ACCURATE.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
12. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right — to the extent permitted by law.
13. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination. App Store purchase rules continue to apply to paid entitlements as applicable.
14. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and/or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
To the extent permitted by law and subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers in the EU/EEA/UK/Türkiye retain mandatory local rights that cannot be waived.
16. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer of Game Maps Reality IRL, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of a failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the app purchase price (if any) as permitted by Apple; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the Service, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the EULA/Terms provisions that confer rights on Apple and may enforce them.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the EULA (together with Apple’s App Store terms where applicable) form the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
