- Congratulations! The Cs-corrected TEM facility has opened at Gachon University. In addition to atomic-resolution imaging and spectroscopy, the facility is equipped with advanced capabilities including scanning precession electron diffraction (SPED), electron-beam-induced current (EBIC) measurements, and aberration-corrected Lorentz STEM.
