My name is Gabriel Ryan a 21 year old Game programmer currently enrolled at NSCC. I grew up in Newfoundland most of my life and I always wanted to make a video game for as long as I can remember. I never really had the resources in my old town to learn programming so that's the reason why I moved to Nova Scotia.

I'm still trying to learn as much as I can about coding, specifically C#.  I spent one year doing the CNA Video Game Art & Design course, but I found it wasn't hands on enough and felt I didn't really learn anything during my time there after a full year. Since moving to Nova Scotia, I've really enjoyed my time so far at NSCC. I've already learned so much about coding and game dev in just one semester.
