Location

G4ME will be held at the Department of Life and Environmental Sciences, via Brecce Bianche, Ancona. The venue can be reached by car or by local public transport. Take Entrance 3 on Via Brecce Bianche. After passing the fountain, the Sciences 3 building is the last of three identical buildings located on the left.

By Car

Coming from the Autostrada A14, take the Ancona Sud-Osimo exit towards Ancona Centro/Riviera del Conero. Follow the North-South route towards Ancona Centro, then take the second exit Università (do not use the first exit: Brecce Bianche), and follow the signs for Università. Enter through Entrance 3 on Via Brecce Bianche. 

Coming from the SS16, take the Ancona Centro route towards Ancona Centro/Candia, then follow the sign for Pescara and then those for Università. Enter through Entrance 3 on Via Brecce Bianche. 

All parking areas within the university are free of charge. 

By Train/Bus

From Ancona Centrale train station, take bus Line 1/4 (towards Tavernelle). From Tavernelle, continue on foot (about 600 m, a 10-minute uphill walk!) or take bus Line 46 (towards Università – Brecce Bianche) and get off at the Università stop.

From the city center – Piazza IV Novembre – take Line 1/4 (towards Tavernelle). From Tavernelle or the city center, take Line 46 (towards Università – Brecce Bianche).

By Plane 

Ancona International Airport is about 20 km from the Monte Dago Campus and can be easily reached by car via the SS16. The University can also be reached using public transport:

• Conerobus Line J (towards Ancona Railway Station), then follow the directions from the central station

• Regional train Falconara Castelferretti – Ancona, then follow the directions from the central station

Taxis are available both at the airport and at the station.

Shuttle service

A shuttle bus service will be available during the congress between the congress venue and the center of Ancona.
