Harrasment Contact Persons:
If you encounter any bullying or harassment at the event, first try to resolve the situation with your cabin SPOC (cabin responsible). You can also always contact the harassment contact person who will support and advise you in resolving these kinds of situations. Conversations are completely confidential, and possible further measures can be taken together. The FYP Board members can also be contacted if the Harassment Contact Persons are unreachable.

Safety in the cabin
Make sure each cabin has a First Aid Kit with the basic first aid materials. Also, write down the location and address to the cabin and have it visible in the common area, in case you need to call 112 and they ask where you are. Also write down where your cabin residents will gather outside in case the cabin must be evacuated. Make sure all exits are clear (Not blocked by bags etc.) so that they can be used in an emergency. At least one person (SPOC) must have a list of everyone staying in the cabin if required by emergency personnel.
Install the 112 app on your phone!
First aid in the slopes
First Aid is available always when lifts and slopes are in operation. You can contact first aid through Himos staff anywhere in the Himos area. Volunteers equipped with Ski Patrol and Rinnepartio labels help and guide you when needed.
Western Slopes: the actual first aid stands are located nearby to the lifts 11-12 (red maintenance building).
Northern slopes: nearby the station of the lifts 2-3. Read more information here.
In case of emergency, call an ambulance 112.
