Liam strongly believes that when clients are empowered with accurate knowledge and information about their strengths, weaknesses, interests, aptitudes and personality traits, that they will be in a much better position to make judgements on what career paths, further training or education will help them achieve their future goals.
who is the service for?
Liam has found that second-level students have been seeking his assistance as they are:
- uncertain about what subjects to choose for their Leaving Certificate;
- unsure about whether they should do Transition Year;
- unclear about which CAO, UCAS or QQI (PLC) courses to choose, or are
- lacking knowledge about which future employment options are best for them.
Third-level students have also sought advice from Liam on choosing a different pathway to the one that they are currently on, and on options for post-graduate study.
In addition, adult clients have sought help from Liam because they were unhappy, dissatisfied or unfulfilled in their current job and wanted to make a meaningful and suitable career change.
