I have over 30 years of experience as a Guidance Counsellor and have been working in guidance since 1995 in second-level schools, government bodies and for other agencies. Having spent over two decades working in education in Co. Donegal, I understand the unique regional pathways and cross-border opportunities in the Northwest that are available to our students and adults seeking a career change. 

I am a chartered member of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors (IGC), and I am accredited by both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) to undertake psychometric assessments. 

I have served on the National Executive of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors from 2020 until 2025 and I am a former board member of the Management Committee for the National Centre for Guidance in Education. 

I see clients for appointments in my office on the Inishowen peninsula in Co. Donegal. I also offer the exact same service remotely in a virtual environment via Google Meet to save the time and expense of travel, if this is more suitable.
