Why? There are Resources that give eligible households/individuals No Cost or Low Cost Service - Free Cell Phone Service. Typically the Service Provider following Registration, and Sign Up - sends us a SIM Card.
What We Need: Smart Phones
Why? So that people can Access Resources, connect to health care, communicate with family and friends, have accessibility in cases of emergency, and for support.

Also? You may mail the Donation(s) to us. You may also donate monetary gifts through the "buttons" on the "For Donors" page and many others through this Site.
So that? We will then help our Clients get and stay connected.
This will help people get care for their health concerns, gain benefits, acquire opportunities for employment, access emergency services for mental health, crisis, health care emergencies, mitigate overdoses, suicides, loneliness, hopelessness, and help get into and stay into contact with family, friends, and positive leaderships, Faith.

Many of the phones compatible with LifeLine & Service Providers we are helping people/Clients connect to are already unlocked. However, if you’ve, a family member, or friend have signed a 1- or 2-year contract (or some type of annual, or monthly Service Plan contract), your phone is probably carrier-locked until you finish paying it off, or the end of your contract has finally come. Once you pay the remaining balance, and at the end of your carrier- service-contract your carrier is legally obligated to unlock your phone for free.
The only way we know how to check whether your phone is unlocked (to any service) and/or to request an unlock is to contact your current or even previous carrier. Below is the contact information for some of the most known carriers:

Please note: Once you have requested for the carrier to unlock your phone, it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to release the lock.
If you are having difficulty with your unlock request, you can contact Gen Mobile at 1-833-528-1380 or click here to chat with a customer care representative between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. MST, 7 days a week, and they'll try to assist you with your request.

Search either Fundamental Chromatic NonProfit Organization Inc or JM737.
Select as your Community Rewards choice please.
Shop and Earn Rewards:
Utilize your King Soopers (Kroger) Card when you shop at any Kroger location.
Kroger then donates to Fundamental Chromatic NonProfit Organization Inc on your behalf. ❤️
