Leadership

Leadership ministry allows servant leaders to use their God-given gifts, abilities and interests to further the mission of our church for the kingdom of God.

BOARD OF STEWARDS

Represent the congregation on this visionary and decision-making body.

LAY LEADER

Represent the congregation in the functions and ministries of the church. Functions as a liaison between the congregation and the church staff.

LAY DELEGATE

Represent the congregation at the annual meeting of our denominational conference.

LAY SPEAKER

Attend classes sponsored by our district and receive certification as a lay speaker.

CONGREGATIONAL CARE

Help plan and carry out the ministries that relate to the care and spiritual growth of members and visitors.

MISSIONS AND OUTREACH TEAM

Help plan and carry out the ministries that relate to local and world missions.

CHILDREN'S TEAM

Help plan and carry out the ministries that relate to children's ministry.

WORSHIP TEAM

Help plan and carry out the ministries that relate to our services of praise and celebration.

EVANGELISM TEAM

Greet and develop relationships with visitors and the community and follow up with them to incorporate them into the life and ministry of the church by offering them a relationship with Christ.

PRAYER TEAM

Assist with praying for members of our congregation and others. Responsible for daily prayer and communication with the pastor about prayer needs, as well as the construction of the prayer list for the bulletin and sending out church texts prayer requests from the pastor to the congregation.

ALTAR GUILD TEAM

Assist with placing of colors in the altar area corresponding to the church calendar.

SCOUTS TEAM

Assists with the Scouting program at our church including Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts.

PLANT CARE TEAM

Assist with the care of plants, flowers and landscaping at the church. 

YOUTH TEAM

Assists with the Youth ministries of our church. Could include church camps, youth meetings and studies, and outreach to youth in ourt community.

MAINTENANCE TEAM

Assist with the maintenance and repair needs at the church facilities. 

COMMUNICATION TEAM

Helps with the communication needs of our church. Could include constructing announcements for Sunday and sending out church text reminders. Also includes newsletter, social media and church signs.

FOOD TEAM

Assists with food ministries of the church including church-wide meals on Sundays and Wednesdays, and preparation of food for families after a loved-one's death/funeral.
