Cub Scout & Boy Scout Troop

Vidor Methodist Church sponsors Boy Scout Troop 220 and Cub Scout Pack 220, both members of the Boy Scouts of America.  Scouts of the troop and pack participate in a variety of outdoor and cultural activities and perform various service projects within the community.

Cub and boy scouting prepares young boys for leadership roles, instills a love of country, family and church, and introduces them to unique experiences in the great outdoors.  Pack 220 is a family-oriented program comprised of approximately 50 boys, ages 7-17, assisted by over a dozen trained volunteer leaders.

The Cub Scouts meet at 6:00 pm on Monday nights in the KPCAC (Katie Pittman Christian Activity Center).

The Cub Scouts don't meet during the summer months.

The Boy Scouts meet at 7 pm every Monday night in the KPCAC (Katie Pittman Christian Activity Center).
