We are going to have a FANTASTIC SUMMER because of every single one of you!!

REHEARSAL GUIDELINES:
Always bring your script and music
Always bring a refillable water bottle (we will provide ice water but not cups)
Always have a pencil/eraser at rehearsal
Appropriate rehearsal shoes and dress are required (see "Costume Information" on this site)
Please be present at rehearsal and leave your phone off stage, no phones on stage or backstage please.
All cast members must be picked up promptly from rehearsal. Late pickup is not tolerated.

Welcome! We are delighted to have you!
We are also delighted to be running this program which has been serving the Pasadena community for FIFTY YEARS! This summer’s show is our 51st consecutive summer production! For 50 years, participation in this summer musical has been free for all participants and audience members. In order to keep this program going we ABSOLUTELY NEED YOUR SUPPORT!
Each show participant must complete the below checklist of requirements:
___ complete required cast/parent forms on this site
___ mark calendar for our MANDATORY STRIKE on August 4 beginning at 12pm (Cast Party will follow)
___ have parent/caretaker sign up for at least one night of Adult on Duty (AOD) (see more details and a sign-up link on the relevant page on this site, if you have more than one family member in the show, additional nights of AOD may be required)
___ sign up to bring food items to Friday night orchestra/crew thank you reception (sign up on this site or contact Trish Martin at patricia.thornemartin@providence.org)
___ have parent/caretaker/family member sign up for “Dinner in the Cloister” service (one night per cast member) (see more information and a sign-up link on the relevant page on this site)
___ purchase a minimum of 5 “Dinner in the Cloister” tickets for family/friends (contact Anne Larson at larsonbirds@msn.com)
___ consider signing up for add’l volunteer duties (see VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES page on this site
___ consider following our instagram account (@summer_musical_fumc) for rehearsal and performance updates this summer!
