Hello! My name is Mike Wong. But, you can call me Mike.
I am an English Teaching Fellow at National Central University.
My pronouns are he/him/his.
Highest Education: Masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) from San Jose State University in California.
Goals: Convince people they can be good learners, meet a world leader, complete a triathlon when 100 years old, fly a plane, become a university English instructor, and open a writing center.
Special Interests: Hiking, doing cardio, playing video games, taking selfies, studying existentialism, and watching indie films and stand-up comedy.

Highest Education: B.A. in English, B.A. in Classical Civilization, and minor in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Goals: Get integrated into the NCU and local community, improve on my languages (Chinese, Korean, and Latin), publish a novel, go skydiving, stay connected to the Yilan community, travel more around Taiwan!
Special Interests: Creative writing, reading (especially fantasy and sci-fi), guitar, live music / concert-going, photography, museums, sunset and beach strolls, exploring cafes
