The lab current have 3 major research interests.

1. Role of Cardiac fibroblasts in cardiac fibrosis

2. Impact of obesity and diabetes on skeletal muscle

3. Depot-specific regulation of adipogenesis

We use bulk and single-cell genomics techniques such as RNAseq, ATACseq, and Cut&Tag and transgenic animals to study fundamental questions in the field.
