経済発展，エネルギー安全保障及び環境保全の相互作用を好循環に移行させるために必要な経済的手法の設計に関する研究を短期・中長期的な時間軸だけでなく，周辺，地域・地球規模の空間軸を考慮した研究

Research on designing economic methodologies necessary to transition the interaction between economic development, energy security, and environmental conservation into a positive cycle, considering not only short- to long-term timeframes but also spatial axes at the local, regional, and global levels.

３．研究の基本的視座　Basic perspective of research

◉２つのS（Sustainability（持続可能性）, Safety（安全性））と３つのE（Energy security（エネルギー安定供給）, Environmental protection（環境保全）, Economic development（経済発展））の「２S＋３E」に基づく考え方を前提とする

◉The research is based on the concept of "2S + 3E", which assumes the importance of two S's, namely sustainability and safety, and three E's, which are energy security, environmental protection, and economic development. 

◉「S（安全性） +３E」にSustainabilityの視点を加えて，「２S＋３E」とし，世代間に跨る公平性が保たれた持続可能なエネルギー経済社会の実現のために，どのようなエネルギー政策の設計が必要かを検討する

◉To achieve a sustainable energy economy that ensures intergenerational fairness by adding the sustainability perspective to "S + 3E", it is necessary to consider what kind of energy policy design is needed. 

◉「２S＋３E」が言い表す基本的視座とは，経済発展，環境保全，エネルギー安定供給のバランスの追求は安全性を前提としたものであり，さらに世代間の公平を担保した持続可能性を大前提としたものでなければならないとする基本的考え方のことである。

◉The basic perspective represented by "2S + 3E" is the fundamental concept that the pursuit of a balance between economic development, environmental conservation, and stable energy supply must be based on safety, and furthermore, it must ensure intergenerational fairness and sustainability as a major premise.
