Student Participants Lodging 

We provide lodging for all student participants on the MSU campus at Owen Hall for the whole duration of the school. Owen Hall offers only single rooms. Participants can check in from Sunday (5/14), and check out by Saturday (5/20). Owen Hall is open 24 hours a day. In case of late arrival (after 10:00 pm) please go through the Main Front Doors (corner of E. Shaw Ln & Bogue St), press the night bell, and the night receptionist will let you in to complete the check-in. There is NO parking available at Owen Hall. Short breakfast at FRIB, and lunch at the Vista at Shaw dining Hall are provided for the duration of the school. There are more on campus dining options offering dinner, mainly during weekdays. Please find the summer dining hours here. The center of East Lansing also offers several dining options within walking distance from campus.

Student participants who do not wish to stay in dorm-style housing can arrange their accommodation at their own expense. There are several hotels in the East Lansing area within walking distance. We suggest the following :
