By using FS251 Job Manager, you agree to the following terms.

## 1. Service Description

FS251 Job Manager provides company-based workforce and job management tools including inspections, approvals, payroll tracking, and operational reporting.

## 2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security  

• Protecting login credentials  

• Activities performed under their account

## 3. Company Roles

Access permissions depend on assigned roles:

CEO — company owner and administrator  

HR — operational management and approvals  

Worker — job execution and submission

The CEO controls company existence and administrative authority.

## 4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Access unauthorized company data  

• Disrupt system operations  

• Upload unlawful or harmful content  

• Attempt security bypass

## 5. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account within the App at any time.

Deletion removes login access and personal data while preserving required company operational records where legally necessary.

## 6. Company Deletion

Only the Company Owner (CEO) may delete a company.

Deleting a company permanently removes all company data and user access.

## 7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is".  

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from service usage.

## 9. Termination

We may suspend access if users violate these terms or applicable laws.

--------------------------------------------------

## 10. Changes

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

• 對帳戶行為負責

CEO：公司擁有人  

HR：管理及審批  

Worker：工作執行

CEO 擁有公司存續控制權。

## 4. 合理使用

不得：

• 存取未授權資料  

• 干擾系統  

• 上載非法內容  

• 嘗試破解安全機制

## 5. 帳戶刪除

使用者可隨時於 App 內刪除帳戶。

刪除後登入權限取消，必要公司紀錄可能依法保留。

## 6. 公司刪除

只有 CEO 可刪除公司。

刪除後所有公司資料將永久移除。

## 7. 服務可用性

我們不保證服務永不中斷。

## 8. 責任限制

服務按現況提供。

## 9. 終止

違反條款可能導致帳戶被暫停。

## 10. 條款更新

條款可能更新，繼續使用即代表同意。
