FS251 Job Manager ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how personal data is collected, used, stored, and deleted.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the FS251 Job Manager mobile application and related services.

## 5. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion directly inside the App:

Settings → Delete Account

When account deletion is initiated:

• Your account access will be permanently removed  

• Personal login access will be disabled immediately  

• Associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized  

• Company operational records required for compliance may be retained without personal access

If deletion processing requires additional time, users will be informed within the App.

Account deletion does not require contacting customer support.

## 6. Company Account Deletion

Company Owners (CEO role) may permanently delete the entire company and all associated data through:

Settings → Company → Delete Company & Account

This action permanently removes company data, employees, job records, reports, and stored files unless retention is legally required.

This action cannot be undone.

We implement administrative and technical safeguards including:

• Authentication verification  

• Secure cloud storage  

• Access control based on company roles  

• Token revocation upon account deletion

## 5. 帳戶刪除

使用者可於 App 內直接刪除帳戶：

設定 → 刪除帳戶

刪除後：

• 帳戶登入權限即時取消  

• 個人資料將被刪除或匿名化  

• 必須保存的公司紀錄將保留但不可再存取

無需透過客服申請。

## 6. 公司刪除

公司擁有人（CEO）可透過：

設定 → 公司 → 刪除公司及帳戶

永久刪除整個公司及所有相關資料。

此操作不可復原。

## 7. 安全措施

我們採用：

• 雲端加密儲存  

• 角色權限控制  

• 刪除帳戶後權杖撤銷
