Whoever you are, you can take control of your surroundings and optimize your space. In this seminar, the certified organizer will share practical decluttering tips and introduce tailored ADHD-friendly ways of organizing. Beyond our living spaces, we also need to take care of our minds. As we navigate through various daily challenges, we can accumulate emotional "cluttering”. We will explore the concept of mental decluttering in the seminar, which focuses on letting go of emotional clutter to promote our well-being and peace.
