After presenting all the presentations students worked in international teams on creating an international menu consisting of breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner together with drinks. The last task was concerned with fast food vs healthy food. The students were to work in international teams on how to change unhealthy habits to healthy ones creating a digital poster on one of the given topics “We are what we eat” or “Healthy eating”. At the end of the day all the teams presented their work, the menu and a digital poster.

Day 3 (23rd February)

The third day started with the presentation of each country about quality food and wine control certification. The next task for the students was to concentrate on reading labels. Students were divided into international teams and each team had to take a picture of two labels (read and analyze them )and present them to other teams. Afterwards there was a discussion time. The participants could compare the presentations, tell what was new for them, whet they learned and what is important to pay attention to in terms of reading labels.

Day 4 (24th February)

The first part of the fourth day was devoted to slow food. Each country presented their presentation on a food history, local food and why it is important to eat locally together with videos and recipes. The next task was to show the presentation or a video on food in tourism.

Day 5 (25th February)

The last day of the mobility started with the evaluation of the online mobility in Bulgaria. Later each country was supposed to write their memories from one day. They could share their experience in online mobility, photos, videos.

The training event in Bulgaria was a great experience for us. We could contact with our friends from partner countries. It’s a pity that it was only an online event and we couldn’t meet face to face. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in Portugal.
