Mission: The purpose of the “Friends” is to help maintain the heritage and traditions of the former St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Maple Grove area.
Dissolution: In the event that this corporation is dissolved, all remaining assets shall be distributed to St. Patrick's Parish of Maple Grove; if that parish no longer exists, remaining assets will be given to the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay.
Friends of St. Patrick's Inc., is a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Tax exempt status as a 501 (c) (3) organization has been requested.
