Server-side rules for the FriendlyWorldServer
1 - PVP'ing is permitted.
But please respect others not everyone likes to PVP
2 - NO STEALING, GRIEFING or intentionally harassing others.
This means you do not take what is not yours. Or pester another player for their items etc. Players have a right to their own claims on the FWS server and if they do not wish for you to play with them or to access their area please do not do so.
3 - Respect others - this means no racist comments, swearing, bullying, etc.
Violation of this and you will be banned. We have a ZERO Tolerance policy for Racism and Bully. This includes the use of words, images of builds, etcetera. As well as the use of the same on any of our platforms or social networks
4 - Misleading others to believe you are a Youtuber, Artist, or an Olympian
This means you were found to be falsely impersonating staff members from the network. This includes, but is not limited to, stating you are a (n) (Olympian) staff member, Artist, or a YouTuber on an alternate account, pretending to punish players, or misleading the public with false information.
5 - Discussing or acting in a manner that encourages cheating or rule-breaking
This means you were informing players to either download or promote the use of unfair advantages to purposely break the network’s rules. This includes, but is not limited to, the promotion of alternate accounts or rule-breaking streams and videos.
6 - Attempting to obtain personal information from players
This means you were attempting to gain access to another user’s account or otherwise obtain something from the user by illegitimate means. This includes asking for currency on any external site.
7 - Acting in a manner that is extremely disrespectful to members of the community
This means you have begun mistreating members of the FWS community such as treating them no longer as equals and targeted harassment at either players or groups of people.
8 - Revealing or releasing personal information about players on the network
This includes, but is not limited to, saying real-life knowledge of someone without their consent, spreading rumors you heard about someone, or linking harmful URLs to obtain personal data.
9 - Using inappropriate skins or capes on the server
This means you were wearing an inappropriate skin/cape which either has inappropriate content or images, usage of inappropriate language(s), or a sexual nature towards world events.
10 - Talking or sharing inappropriate content with explicit themes on the server
This means you were discussing content or actions displaying adult themes that are not appropriate on FWS. This includes, but is not limited, to streams, videos, pictures, or links to inappropriate adult content.
11 - Cheating using unfair game advantages
This means you were using modifications of your client which give you an in-game advantage over players on the network.
12 - Boosting your account to improve your stats
This means you were gaining stats or coins on the server in an illegitimate way. This includes, but is not limited, to the purposeful use of alternate accounts, or partying with other players to gain an unfair stat or coin advantage.
13 - Attempting to gain access to other user's accounts/information
This means you were attempting to gain access to other user’s accounts or other confidential information by deceiving a player using external links, websites, and physical attempts to steal someone's information such as hacking into them; not only is this a bannable offense but a legal offense.
14 - Attempting to sell Minecraft accounts
This means that you were trying to sell, trade, or give away one or multiple Minecraft accounts on the server.
15 - Your account is your responsibility
You will be held accountable for other people's actions on your account. So please do not
16 - Account Buying - This is illegal and will not be allowed on our server
Players who've purchased Minecraft accounts from 3rd party sellers may do so only to find them banned from the server. These banned accounts have a history of various reasons ranging from using modified clients (hacking) to Advertising/Spam. Therefore, these accounts will not be unbanned due to the risk of them continuing their activities.
17 - Account Selling
For the reasons listed above, we do not allow advertising your account on FWS. We wish to keep our players as safe as possible and removing unnecessary risk is a good step towards that goal.

The Rules for the FriendlyWorldServer Discord
1. Be cool, kind, and civil!
It's okay to have opinions and to express them plainly, but try to be nice about it. If an Admin/Moderator asks you to do something, please do so. We are here to help.
2. Do not @Ping or direct message [DM] the Guides with unsolicited messages.
They are people too! Please treat them as such! Besides, repeated distraction will only delay the next update, post, or handling of a matter.
3. The following is 100% prohibited by all members
a - harassment/abuse of other members
b - racism, sexism, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive content, politics/religion
c - links and/or discussion related to pirated or otherwise illegal content
d - sharing personal or confidential information about another user
e - spam, self-promotion, advertising other communities/services via direct message or chat
f - using @ everyone or @ here
g - public squabbling - please resolve your issues privately
h - excessive use of special characters in nickname
Conduct deemed noncompliant with these rules will be removed and action will be taken at the Guides and or their assistants' discretion.
