By downloading, accessing, or using the FreshGa mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Overview

FreshGa is a grocery ordering platform that enables users to place orders for fresh vegetables, fruits, and daily essentials.

Important Service Model Disclosure:

• FreshGa does not maintain any warehouse or storage facility

• Products are purchased only after a user places an order

• Items are handpicked from local markets

• Freshness is verified at the time of purchase and before delivery

Availability of products depends on market conditions.

2. Product Quality & Freshness

• FreshGa makes best efforts to ensure fresh and quality products

• Minor variations in size, color, or shape are natural for fresh produce

• Freshness verification is done manually at the time of buying

• FreshGa does not guarantee identical appearance to images shown in the app

3. Orders & Availability

• Orders are accepted subject to product availability in the local market

• If an ordered item is unavailable or does not meet freshness standards:

  • It may be substituted (with user consent), or

  • The item may be cancelled and refunded as per policy

• Order confirmation is provided after successful order placement

4. Pricing

• Prices are based on current local market rates

• Prices may vary due to:

  • Market price fluctuations

  • Seasonal availability

• Final prices are displayed at checkout before confirmation

5. Delivery Policy

• Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed

• Delays may occur due to:

  • Market availability

  • Traffic or weather conditions

• Users must be available at the delivery address during the delivery window

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refunds are governed by FreshGa’s Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once items are purchased from the market, cancellation may not be possible

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and delivery details

• Be available to receive orders

• Use the app only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse offers, pricing, or services

8. Limitation of Liability

FreshGa shall not be liable for:

• Natural variations in fresh produce

• Delays caused by external factors

• Market-driven unavailability

• Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the affected order.

9. Account Suspension

FreshGa reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse of services

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

10. Changes to Terms

FreshGa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
