This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled on the FreshGa mobile application.
Users may cancel an order before FreshGa purchases items from the market
Full refund will be initiated if payment was already made
Once items are purchased from the market, order cancellation is not allowed
This is because products are fresh, perishable, and purchased specifically for the user
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
Order not delivered
Missing items in the order
Wrong items delivered
Items found to be spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
⚠️ Users must report issues within 2 hours of delivery.
Refunds will not be provided if:
User is unavailable at the delivery address
Incorrect delivery details were provided by the user
Minor natural variations in size, color, or shape of fresh produce
Delay caused by traffic, weather, or market conditions
Change of mind after items are purchased
Refund requests must be raised via email or in-app support
Supporting images may be requested for quality-related issues
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
If an item is unavailable or fails freshness verification:
A suitable substitute may be offered with user consent
If not accepted, a partial refund will be issued for that item
